鼻粘膜是药物吸收的一个潜在部位,能避免诸如首过效应或胃肠道分解等问题。鼻通道对激素类药物的吸收尤为重要。然而,要得到满意的生物利用度有时需吸收促进剂的帮助,如表面活性剂胆酸盐,但它受到副作用的限制。本文比较几种不同类型表面活性剂对药物鼻吸收的影响。材料和方法:酚红为研究的典型药物。选用六种表面活性剂:牛磺脱氧胆酸钠(TDS)、甘脱氧胆酸钠(GDC)、脱氧胆酸钠(DC)三种胆酸盐,聚氧乙烯蓖麻油(CEL)、聚氧乙烯-9-月桂醇醚(BL-9)、牛磺二氢甾酸霉素钠(STDHF)三种其它类型表面活性
Nasal mucosa is a potential site for drug absorption, avoiding problems such as first pass or gastrointestinal breakdown. Nasal passages on the absorption of hormone drugs is particularly important. However, achieving satisfactory bioavailability sometimes requires the assistance of an accelerator, such as the surfactant cholate, which is limited by side effects. This article compares the effects of several different types of surfactants on nasal absorption of drugs. Materials and Methods: Phenol red is a typical drug for research.
