目的:研究睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(sleepapneasyndrome,SAS)患者夜间平均动脉血压(meanarterypressure,MAP)与血浆中内皮素、血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiolensionⅡ,AngⅡ)、心钠素和降钙素基因相关肽(calcitoningene-relatedpeptide,CGRP)浓度的变化。方法:多导睡眠图(polysomnography,PSG)确诊SAS和对照组并记录MAP,放射免疫分析法测定30例SAS患者和20例对照组血浆中内皮素、AngⅡ、心钠素和CGRP浓度。结果:SAS患者血浆内皮素、AngⅡ、心钠素浓度显著升高,与MAP呈正相关(r=0.65,0.56,0.63,P<0.05);血浆CGRP浓度显著降低,但与MAP无关(r=-0.29,P>0.05)。结论:SAS患者夜间MAP升高,可能与血浆中血管活性物质水平变化有关。
Objective: To study the relationship between nocturnal mean arterial pressure (MAP) and plasma levels of endothelin, angiolension Ⅱ (AngⅡ), atrial natriuretic peptide and calcitonin gene related peptide in patients with sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) calcitoningene-related peptide, CGRP). Methods: Serum and control groups were diagnosed by polysomnography (PSG) and MAP was recorded. Plasma concentrations of endothelin, angiotensin Ⅱ, atrial natriuretic peptide and CGRP were measured by radioimmunoassay in 30 patients with SAS and 20 controls. Results: Plasma endothelin, angiotensin Ⅱ and atrial natriuretic peptide concentrations were significantly increased in patients with SAS, which were positively correlated with MAP (r = 0.65,0.56,0.63, P <0.05); plasma CGRP concentration was significantly lower but not MAP (r = 0.29, P> 0.05). Conclusions: The elevation of MAP in patients with SAS at night may be related to the changes of plasma vasoactive substances.
