针对裸眼+筛管完井的水平井,为有效解除油基钻井液滤饼对储层和筛管的堵塞,开发出乳液型滤饼解除液。研制的油基钻井液滤饼解除液HCF是一种相对稳定的水包油乳液体系,其中水相由混合酸、清洗渗透剂、粘土稳定剂、缓蚀剂、乳化剂及防垢剂等组成,密度调节用KCl,该乳液体系在井底温度条件下,稳定性受到破坏,水相和有机相各自发挥其作用。油基钻井液滤饼解除液已在渤海湾稠油油田如绥中36-1油田、秦皇岛32-6油田、埕北油田和渤中25-1南油田的水平井或水平分支井进行了应用。室内评价和现场应用表明,该滤饼解除液使用方便、安全、解除滤饼效果明显,目前已在渤海湾稠油油田水平井中广泛应用。

Oil-based drilling fluid filter cake removal liquid has been applied in horizontal wells or horizontal branch wells in Bohai Bay heavy oil fields such as Suizhong 36-1 Oil Field, Qinhuangdao 32-6 Oilfield, Taubei Oilfield and Bozhong 25-1 South Oilfield . The indoor evaluation and field application showed that the filter cake release liquid was easy to use and safe and the effect of releasing the filter cake was obvious. At present, it has been widely used in horizontal wells in heavy oilfields in Bohai Bay.
