“中部崛起”战略的深入实施不断要求加快中原经济区建设的进程,为了保证中原经济区的可持续发展,建设和发展低碳经济是必经之路。本文从中原经济区建设低碳经济的必要性入手,客观地分析影响中原经济区建设低碳经济的相关因素,并总结出中原经济区建设低碳经济过程中面临的主要问题,进而针对建设低碳经济面临的问题提出相应的思路和建议。
The implementation of the strategy of “Rise of Central China” has continuously called for speeding up the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the Central Plains Economic Zone, it is necessary to build and develop a low-carbon economy. This paper starts with the necessity of building a low-carbon economy in the Zhongyuan Economic Zone, analyzes objectively the relevant factors that affect the construction of a low-carbon economy in the Zhongyuan Economic Zone, and sums up the major problems facing the Zhongyuan Economic Zone in building a low-carbon economy. The problems facing the carbon economy put forward corresponding ideas and suggestions.
