[目的]通过分析黔北某市肺结核发现延迟现状及原因,为降低该市肺结核发现延迟率提出改进措施。[方法]采用调查表和半结构式访谈进行定量与定性调查。[结果]该市78.5%的农村居民和51.5%的城市居民首选就诊单位为乡村卫生院(室)或社区卫生服务中心,来自农村和城市的肺结核病人发现延迟率分别为64.9%和40.7%,53.1%的农村病人最关心到医疗点的距离,63.6%的城市病人最关心医疗服务质量。[结论]该市肺结核发现延迟率高、改进肺结核发现工作势在必行,改进的关键在于政府重视、提高基层医务人员素质、加强教育宣传、减免病人负担。
[Objective] By analyzing the present situation and the reason of delayed detection of pulmonary tuberculosis in a city in northern Guizhou, this paper presents some measures to reduce the delay rate of detection of pulmonary tuberculosis in this city. [Methods] Using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews for quantitative and qualitative investigation. [Results] 78.5% of the rural residents and 51.5% of the urban residents preferred to visit were rural health centers (hospitals) or community health centers. The delay rates of finding tuberculosis patients from rural and urban areas were 64.9% and 40.7%, respectively. 53.1% of rural patients are most concerned about the distance to the medical point, and 63.6% of urban patients are most concerned about the quality of medical services. [Conclusion] The high delay rate found in tuberculosis in this city is imperative to improve the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis. The key to improve lies in the government ’s emphasis on improving the quality of grassroots medical personnel, strengthening education and publicity and reducing the burden on patients.
