1987年11月2日至5日在浙江省杭州市召开了中国海岸带开发与管理研究会第三次学术讨论会。来自全国七十余个生产、科研、院校和政府管理部门的近160人参加了会议,其中具高级技术职称的人员有53人。浙江省副省长李德葆、省人大副主任朱祖祥、省人民政府副秘书长马寿根和国家海洋局副局长陈炳鑫等参加了会议。会议收到论文163篇,论文摘要195篇。80多名代表在会上作了学术交流,内容涉及海岸带的水文动力、地质地貌、生物、环保、遥感、海岸带管理法和综合开发等问题,科学价值高,同时也注重应用的研究,是海岸带学术
From November 2 to November 5, 1987, the third symposium on China Coastal Zone Development and Management Research was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Nearly 160 people from over 70 production, scientific research, institutions and government departments attended the conference, among which 53 were senior technical titles. Li Debao, vice governor of Zhejiang Province, Zhu Zuxiang, deputy director of Provincial People’s Congress, Ma Shougen, deputy secretary general of Provincial People’s Government and Chen Bingxin, deputy director of the State Oceanic Administration attended the meeting. The conference received 163 papers, 195 abstracts. More than 80 delegates made academic exchanges at the conference, covering issues such as hydrological motivation, geology and geomorphology, biology, environmental protection, remote sensing, coastal zone management and comprehensive development in the coastal zone, etc., which are of high scientific value and focus on applied research.
