目的了解随州市宾馆从业人员艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为(KAP)及其艾滋病防治知识需求现况等情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷和随机整群抽样的调查方法,对随州市三家三星级宾馆512名从业人员进行横断面调查。结果被调查宾馆从业人员关于艾滋病的传播途径、预防、诊断、治疗等相关知识的正确判断达到85%以上。愿意与病人交往和病人子女继续一起学习和工作、同情病人的良好态度占到70%以上,只有8.2%的从业人员有过非婚和婚前性行为,其中仅有42.86%的从业人员性交时使用过安全套。结论被调查的宾馆从业人员已经掌握了一些艾滋病相关知识,但普遍缺乏自我保护和防范艾滋病的意识和技能。应结合宾馆从业人员的特点有针对性地开展预防艾滋病健康教育和行为干预工作。
Objective To understand the AIDS-related knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP) and the status quo of AIDS prevention and treatment among hotel workers in Suizhou. Methods A self-designed questionnaire and random cluster sampling method were used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of 512 employees in three three-star hotels in Suizhou. Results The surveyed hotel practitioners on the AIDS transmission, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and other related knowledge of the correct judgment of more than 85%. Only about 8.2% of employees have had non-marital and premarital sexual behaviors, of whom only 42.86% of the employees engaged in intercourse were willing to work with patients and their children continue to learn and work together. The good attitude of sympathetic patients accounted for over 70% Have a condom. Conclusion The surveyed hotel practitioners have mastered some AIDS-related knowledge, but generally lack the awareness and skills of self-protection and AIDS prevention. Should be combined with the characteristics of hotel employees targeted AIDS health education and behavioral interventions.
