利用自制的聚苯胺复合导电纤维为导电相材料,采用盘锦欢喜岭AH-90重交沥青,鞍钢石灰石矿,按照SMA-16级配设计了配合比,制得了电导率为2.13×10-7S/cm的导电纤维沥青混凝土。试验讨论了复合导电纤维掺量、品种、长度等对纤维沥青混凝土电导率的影响,分析了导电混凝土的压敏性和温敏性。结果表明,掺混0.2%的导电纤维既可将沥青混凝土的电导率提高5~6个数量级,导电混凝土有明显的压敏性和正温度效应。
Using self-made polyaniline composite conductive fiber as the conductive phase material, the mixing ratio of AH-90 heavy cross asphalt of Panjin Huanxiling and Ansteel limestone mine was designed according to SMA-16 gradation, and the conductivity was 2.13 × 10-7S / cm of conductive fiber asphalt concrete. The influence of the content, variety and length of composite conductive fiber on the electrical conductivity of fiber asphalt concrete is discussed in this paper. The pressure sensitivity and temperature sensitivity of conductive concrete are analyzed. The results show that the conductivity of asphalt concrete can be increased by 5 to 6 orders of magnitude with the addition of 0.2% conductive fiber, and the conductive concrete has obvious pressure sensitivity and positive temperature effect.
