经济法作为国家宏观协调社会经济的法律,有其独特的价值理念,主要体现在:经济法追求社会整体利益,以实现整体社会成员共同的善,进而追求实质正义与形式公平,并以全面发展为终极价值目标。基于此,经济法的理念一开始就有高起点,是从民商法、行政法理念延伸的终端,作为自己理念特有的起点,这是一个非继承性的独特法律现象,应在法学上予以独特的视角关注。
