通过增大循环流化床上升段的部分直径,达到区别不同粒径颗粒在床内的停留时间,提高脱硫效率和脱硫剂的利用率。采用气固两相流数值模拟方法,对不同扩张段高度和直径进行了模拟计算,获得了不同粒径颗粒停留时间的变化规律,结果表明对流化床上升段进行部分扩张可以增加和调节颗粒在床体内的停留时间,特别是对大颗粒效果尤为显著。
By increasing the partial diameter of the ascending section of the circulating fluidized bed, the residence time of different size particles in the bed can be distinguished, and the desulfurization efficiency and the utilization rate of the desulfurization agent can be improved. The numerical simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow was used to simulate the height and diameter of different expansion sections. The variation of residence time of particles with different particle sizes was obtained. The results show that the partial expansion of the ascending section of fluidized bed can increase and adjust the particle size Dwell time in the bed, especially for large particles is particularly significant.
