针对1523大倾角工作面进入孤岛区后支架-围岩事故频发的开采难题,探析了支架-围岩事故频发原因,采用现场测试与回归计算分析方法研究冒漏片帮与支护参数的相关性关系,并提出了支架故障诊断、防倒防滑装置、稳定性控制指标和设备操作工艺等综合控制技术。结果表明:采用该技术后端面顶板冒高大于0.40 m的冒顶频率由76%减小到16%,端面煤体片深大于0.5 m的片帮频率由72%减小到23%,未发生恶性片帮冒顶与支架倒架现象,有效解决了大倾角孤岛面支架-围岩失稳的控制难题。
