隔板是汽轮机中的重要部件,高压蒸汽通过它,将蒸汽内能转换成蒸汽动能,冲击转子的动叶片,使其作功发电。其示意图如图(1)。目前在汽轮机设计中,由于其结构复杂,在设计计算中都采用了近似的计算方法。在实际生产中,为了安全,将隔板的板体做得很厚;并且不敢采用气动效率较高,但抗弯刚度较小的叶片。由于这些原因,在我们设计的汽轮机中,造成机组长度过长和效率较低。为了在大型汽轮机设计中,解决以上问题,设计部门提出了用有限元计算隔板的课题。
Separator is an important part of the turbine, high-pressure steam through it, the steam energy can be converted into steam kinetic energy, impact rotor rotor blades, making it work power generation. The schematic diagram shown in Figure (1). At present, in the design of steam turbine, due to its complicated structure, approximate calculation method is adopted in design calculation. In actual production, in order to be safe, the bulkhead of the separator is made thick; and the blades with higher aerodynamic efficiency but smaller bending rigidity are not used. For these reasons, the turbine length in our design is too long and the efficiency is low. In order to solve the above problems in the design of large steam turbines, the design department proposed the problem of using the finite element method to calculate the diaphragm.
