目的检测分析淄博市淄川区1999年霍乱流行状况,以及以后10年霍乱疫情防控情况。方法按照卫生部《霍乱防治手册》,检测粪便标本、食品标本、水样标本。结果 淄川区1999年霍乱流行期间从27例病人粪便中检测到霍乱弧菌,确诊为霍乱,可疑食品、可疑饮用水等均未检测到霍乱弧菌。1999—2009年每年采集急性腹泻病人粪便、湖水、水产品或贝壳类海产品食品,均未检测到霍乱弧菌。结论淄川区1999年发生霍乱流行,至2009年,没有再次发生霍乱疫情,防控工作有一定成绩,但仍然不可松懈。
Objective To test and analyze the prevalence of cholera in Zichuan District of Zibo City in 1999 and the prevention and control of cholera in the next 10 years. Methods According to “Cholera prevention and cure manual” of the Ministry of Health, stool samples, food samples and water samples were tested. Results Vibrio cholera was detected in feces of 27 patients during the epidemic of cholera in Zichuan in 1999, and cholera was not diagnosed in cholera, suspicious foods and suspicious drinking water. Vibrio cholerae were not detected in faeces, lakes, aquatic products or shellfish products from acute diarrhea patients in 1999-2009. Conclusions The cholera epidemic occurred in Zichuan District in 1999. As of 2009, there was no recurrence of cholera epidemic, and some achievements have been made in prevention and control work. However, it still can not be abated.
