目的研究冷循环射频在治疗胸部实体肿瘤中的临床应用价值。资料与方法23例胸部肿瘤患者分别在CT导引或手术直视下,分别以单极或多极穿刺针穿刺瘤体,分点一次或多次对肿瘤实体行射频治疗。术中观察射频前后瘤体CT值及邻近组织改变情况,术后观察并发症发生情况,1个月后复查CT了解肿瘤大小变化。结果23例实体瘤患者中,显效15例(缩小>原瘤体1/2),有效7例(缩小<原瘤体1/2或无改变),无效1例(瘤体增大或临床症状恶化)。23例射频治疗中4例出现气胸,4例出现少量胸腔积液,18例患者出现一过性病灶区疼痛及发热。结论冷循环射频治疗在消除胸部小的实体瘤及大的实体瘤减张方面疗效确切,且可反复操作,安全可靠。
Objective To study the clinical value of cold-circulating radiofrequency in the treatment of chest solid tumors. Materials and Methods Twenty-three patients with thoracic tumors underwent radiofrequency ablation of the tumor with one or more single-pole or multi-pole needle punctures under CT guidance or surgery, respectively. During operation, CT value and adjacent tissue changes of the tumor before and after radiofrequency were observed. Complications were observed after operation. One month later CT was performed to investigate the changes of tumor size. Results Of the 23 patients with solid tumors, 15 were markedly effective (reduction> 1/2 of the original tumor), 7 were effective (reduced by 1/2 or no change) and 1 was ineffective (tumor enlargement or clinical symptoms deterioration). In 23 cases of radiofrequency ablation, pneumothorax was found in 4 cases, a small amount of pleural effusion was found in 4 cases, and pain and fever in one of the 18 cases were found. Conclusion Cold-cycle radiofrequency ablation is effective in eliminating small solid tumors in the chest and large solid tumors and can be operated repeatedly and safely.
