研究了维生素E(VE)和维生素C(VC)对老龄雌性大鼠细胞表面电荷的影响。结果表明,老龄动物红细胞电泳率和脾淋巴细胞电泳率均显著降低;VE和VC可以使老龄鼠降低的细胞电泳率得以恢复。提示这2种维生素可以抑制细胞膜表面电荷的修饰,从而具有一定的抗衰老作用。
The effects of vitamin E (VE) and vitamin C (VC) on the cell surface charge in aged female rats were studied. The results showed that the erythrocyte electrophoresis rate and splenic lymphocyte electrophoresis rate were significantly decreased in aged animals. VE and VC restored the decreased electrophysiological rate in aging rats. Tip two vitamins can inhibit the cell membrane surface charge modification, which has a certain anti-aging effect.
