一2006年夏天,我又回到了经常令我魂萦梦绕的黑龙江。我此行共有三项任务:其一是应黑龙江省政法委之邀举办讲座;其二是到黑龙江省检察院熟悉反渎职侵权工作的情况(因我刚到最高人民检察院渎职侵权检察厅挂职);其三是带领“刑事错案”课题组的成员进行实证调研。在哈尔滨的工作结束之后,我们又在黑龙江大学法学院教师的陪同下,来到了风景秀丽、气候宜人的伊春市,并得到了伊春市检察院的热情接待。
In the summer of 2006, I returned to Heilongjiang, where I often dreamed of. There are three tasks in my trip: one is to invite lectures from Politics and Law Committee of Heilongjiang Province; the other is to go to Heilongjiang Provincial Procuratorate to get acquainted with the work of anti-dereliction and infringement (because I just went to the Supreme People’s Procuratorate for malfeasance and procuratorate office attachment); The third is to lead the “criminal misinformation” task force members of empirical research. After the work in Harbin was over, accompanied by teachers from Law School of Heilongjiang University, we came to Yichun City with beautiful scenery and pleasant climate and received warm reception from Yichun Procuratorate.
