目的探讨多频稳态诱发电位(ASSR)与纯音听阈测试(PTA)在听力残疾评定中的价值。方法采用ASSR测试与纯音听阈测试对279例听力残疾评定者进行听力评定。结果 279例听力残疾评定者经PTA、ASSR检测,伤残率分别为98.6%(275/279)9、7.1%(271/279)。诊断为伪聋4例,夸大性聋21例。两种不同频率听阈测试结果(dB HL)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ASSR检测可对听力残疾的诊断和鉴别诊断提供客观、可靠的科学依据。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-frequency steady-state evoked potential (ASSR) and pure tone hearing threshold (PTA) in the assessment of hearing disability. Methods ASSR test and pure tone hearing threshold test for hearing impairment of 279 hearing assessors. Results 279 cases of hearing impairment assessment by PTA, ASSR detection, disability rates were 98.6% (275/279) 9,7.1% (271/279). 4 cases were diagnosed as false deafness, 21 cases were exaggerated deafness. There was no significant difference in dB HL between two different frequencies (P> 0.05). Conclusion ASSR test can provide objective and reliable scientific evidences for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hearing disabilities.
