细胞膜神经鞘糖脂与细胞分化、癌变有关,或可称为分化或癌变的标记。我们分离、纯化了成人肝、胎肝和肝癌的神经节苷脂,并用硅胶薄板层析(TLC)鉴定比较。发现:(1)肝癌与正常肝显然不同,正常肝中最主要的组分GM_3,在肝癌中显著减少,而GM_2、GD_3的量增加很多,GM_1消失,其他极性高的组分稍多于正常;(2)胎肝发育过程中未见明显改变,4、6、8月胎肝及新生儿肝的层析谱与成人肝均类似。
Membrane sphingoglycolipids are associated with cell differentiation and carcinogenesis, or may be referred to as markers of differentiation or canceration. We isolated and purified gangliosides from adult liver, fetal liver, and liver cancer, and identified them by silica gel thin-layer chromatography (TLC). Findings: (1) Liver cancer is obviously different from normal liver, and the most important component of normal liver GM_3 is significantly reduced in liver cancer, while the amount of GM_2 and GD_3 is increased a lot, GM_1 disappears, and other highly polar components are slightly more than Normal; (2) There was no obvious change in the fetal liver development. The chromatograms of fetal and neonatal livers in April, June and August were similar to those in adults.
