近年来的研究证明,原癌基因在细胞增殖和分化过程中起着十分重要的作用。原发性高血压病主要以血管平滑肌细胞的增生和内膜下迁移为特点的疾病。为了探讨癌基因与原发性高血压的关系,本工作主要以癌基因为探针,从组织中提取DNA和RNA,进行DNA-RNA和DNA-DNA分子杂交,观察自发性高血压大鼠组织和培养血管平滑肌细胞内癌基因mRNA和DNA降解片段长度多态性分析,并观察一些血管活性多肽对血管平滑肌细胞增殖和癌基因表达的影响。现初步报告如下:
