根据长江中游防洪系统的特点,从流域实测和历史洪水中选取有一定代表性的洪水作为典型,在遵循三峡防洪库容分配方案的前提下,建立典型洪水优化调度数学模型,并用模拟算法求解,以确定清江水布垭枢纽预留防洪库容对长江中游地区的防洪作用。结果表明:清江水布垭枢纽预留5 亿m3 的防洪库容对城陵矶地区的防洪作用比较适宜。
According to the characteristics of the flood control system in the middle reach of the Yangtze River, a representative flood is selected from the measured and historical flood waters in the basin as a typical example.
