大鼠腹主动脉部分狭窄5周后,形成实验性心肌肥厚模型,心肌和左心室重量明显增加,心肌过氧化脂质(LPO)含量显著增加,SOD活性下降,心肌和主动脉Ca~(2+)含量明显增加。给槲皮素75、150 mg/kg后均能明显降低心肌和左心室重量,降低心肌LPO含量,增加SOD活性,降低心肌和主动脉Ca~(2+)的含量,提示槲皮素抗心肌肥厚作用与清除氧自由基和钙拮抗有关。
