The first “Realm Theory” comes from the fable story of “Bullactin Solution” in Zhuangzi Health Master: A chef slaughtering cattle is extremely skillful and Liang Huiwang is greatly amazed. When the chef told Liang Huiwang about her experiences of solving cattle, she said that he had gone through three realms: “When they first started, they saw nothing but cattle.” Three years later, “they did not see the whole cow.” Ten years later “Encounter with God not by sight, by the knowledge of the magistrate but by God” has reached a clever level of “ease.” Zhuangzi’s complex body of cattle is a metaphor for a complex society, with the ease of injury as a metaphor for vulnerable human life. To illustrate that people living in a complex society, only conform to nature, to avoid conflicts, in order to achieve “health” purposes. Such thinking is undoubtedly negative, but we can find positive meaning from the profound philosophy contained in the allegory
