随着就业市场需要的调整,中等职业语文教育的培养目标、社会对学前教育专业的学历需求和当前学生实际学习状况之间的矛盾凸现在眼前。怎样处理这对特殊的矛盾,建构具有社会适应性的语文教学体系,与当前学前教育专业的师资市场要求相接轨,以实现语文学科培养目标,一线教师难免困惑。笔者从教学实践中总结出一些训练体系,希望能给同行提供借鉴,同时也希望能得到指正。
With the adjustment of the job market needs, the contradiction between the educational goals of secondary vocational Chinese education, the academic qualifications of pre-primary education and the actual learning conditions of the current students is highlighted. How to deal with this special contradiction and construct a social teaching system with social adaptability, which is in line with the current teacher market requirements of pre-primary education in order to achieve the goal of language discipline training, front-line teachers will inevitably be confused. The author summarizes some training systems from teaching practice, hoping to provide reference for peers, but also hope to get correct.
