随着人们择业观念的转变,劳动力流动性增强,劳动者解除劳动合同的现象也越来越普遍。而随着劳动者法律意识的增强,其自我保护能力亦不断增强,因解除劳动合同而发生的纠纷也越来越多。这就要求我们从事劳动管理工作的人员,能够熟练掌握并运用劳动法及相关法律,公正、公平地处理好这一问题。
