在群星灿烂的妇女人才队伍中,活跃在各条战线、各个部门的女秘书,以其独特的魅力和作用崭露头角,成为我国社会主义现代化建设中不可缺少的一种人才群体.探讨和研究女秘书成才规律,对于秘书学理论研究和实践工作,具有一定的意义.一、女秘书成才的环境条件人才成长与社会环境密切相关.社会环境既有人才成长的土壤,又有人才成长的荆棘.这种利弊相交的社会环境可分为宏观环境条件与微观环境条件两个层次.前者是指整个妇女人才成长的外部环境,即俗话所说的“大气候”.后者是指单位环境.新时期女秘书成才的宏观环境条件主要表现在:
