为进一步深入了解小麦有效分蘖数目在基因水平上的调控机理,以普通小麦-冰草衍生后代中只有1~2个有效分蘖的株系3558-2为母本,具有10~13个有效分蘖的京4841为父本进行杂交,通过对F2世代537个单株有效分蘖数目的统计分析,并结合SSR标记结果,发现有效分蘖数目受2对主基因控制,并且这2对主基因具有互作效应,其中1对基因具有抑制有效分蘖的作用。
In order to further understand the regulatory mechanism of the effective tiller number at the gene level, we used 3558-2 lines, which had only 1 ~ 2 effective tillers in the wheat-poplar-derived progenies as the female parent, with 10 ~ 13 effective tillers Jing 4841 was used as the male parent.
