经导管肝动脉灌注化疗(ＴＨＡＩ)及栓塞术(ＴＨＡＥ)治疗原发性肝癌(ＰＨＣ),为不能手术切除的中、晚期患者提供了一种新的有效治疗方法。作者从１９９３年５月~１９９９年１２月应用上述方法治疗８０例ＰＨＣ,取得了一定的疗效。
Transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (THAI) and embolization (THAE) for the treatment of primary liver cancer (PHC) provides a new and effective treatment for patients with inoperable middle and advanced stages. The authors used the above method to treat 80 cases of PHC from May 1993 to December 1999, and achieved certain curative effect.
