本文讨论利用S波与它的反射转换波SP′的走时差来测定我国各基本台(武汉除外)附近地壳厚度的某些结果。所谓SP′波是直达的S波经地表面反射转换为P波,再被M界面反射到地面来的波。本文讨论了SP′震相的分析问题,采用适当的地壳参数,可以算得在S波的数种反射转换波中,SP′波的能量最大。对其它易与SP′相混的波也进行了一些讨论。所得各地区的地壳厚度如下:
This paper discusses some results of using the time difference between the S wave and its reflection converted wave SP ’to determine the crustal thickness around the basic stations in Taiwan (excluding Wuhan). The so-called SP ’wave is directly reflected by the S-wave surface converted to P-wave reflection, and then reflected by the M interface to the ground waves. In this paper, the analysis of SP ’phase is discussed. With appropriate crustal parameters, the energy of SP’ wave is the largest among several S-wave reflection converted waves. There are also some discussions of other waves that are easy to mix with SP’s. The resulting crustal thickness in each region is as follows:
