近几年,我部抢救急性心肌梗塞病人22例和梗塞前综合症8例,经就地抢救和转送医院治疗,全部脱险。本文就基层就地抢救急性心肌梗塞略谈体会。临床资料心肌梗塞22例中男20例,女2例。年龄41～78岁。梗塞部位:下壁9例,前间壁5例,前壁3例,广泛前壁4例,下间壁1例。主要并发症:休克3例,心力衰竭2例,房颤3例,Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞4例,短阵性室速2例,心力衰竭、休克和房颤并发者1例,应激性溃疡大出血1例,顽固性膈
In recent years, our department has rescued 22 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients and 8 cases of pre-infarction syndrome. All patients were treated for rescue and transfer to hospital for treatment. This article on the ground to rescue acute myocardial infarction a little experience. Clinical data 22 cases of myocardial infarction in 20 males and 2 females. Age 41 ~ 78 years old. Infarct sites: 9 cases of inferior wall, 5 anterior wall, 3 anterior wall, 4 anterior wall extensively, and 1 inferior wall. The main complication: shock in 3 cases, 2 cases of heart failure, 3 cases of atrial fibrillation, Ⅰ degree and Ⅱ degree atrioventricular block in 4 cases, 2 cases of short-term ventricular tachycardia, heart failure, shock and atrial fibrillation complicated by 1 case , 1 case of stress ulcer hemorrhage, refractory diaphragm
