目的及时发现常州市钟楼区育龄妇女死亡变化,制订有效的干预与预防措施。方法根据《中国妇幼卫生监测工作手册》中妇幼卫生监测方案,对常州市钟楼区1990年1月1日-2010年12月30日育龄妇女死亡的监测结果进行回顾性分析比对。结果近10年钟楼区育龄妇女死因排位及死因别较10年前发生了新的变化,育龄妇女病死率出现明显下降,消化系统恶性肿瘤在育龄妇女死亡中出现明显增加,在恶性肿瘤死亡的前5位中,消化系统的肿瘤就占了3位;乳腺癌、宫颈癌在恶性肿瘤死因构成中出现了明显上升;意外死亡无论是死亡人数还是死亡构成比都出现了上升,交通意外成为死因的第1位。结论育龄妇女必须增强自我保护意识,定期开展体格检查,使疾病早发现、早诊断、早治疗,从根本上提高钟楼区妇女的健康水平。
Objective To find out the changes of death among women of childbearing age in the clock tower area of Changzhou in time and formulate effective intervention and preventive measures. Methods According to the monitoring program of maternal and child health in the Handbook of MCH Surveillance in China, retrospective analysis was made on the monitoring results of death among women of childbearing age from January 1, 1990 to December 30, 2010 in Zhonglou District of Changzhou City. Results The incidence of the cause of death and the cause of death among the women of childbearing age in Bell Tower in the recent 10 years had a new change compared with that of 10 years ago. The case fatality rate of women of childbearing age decreased significantly. Malignant tumor of digestive system increased significantly in the death of women of childbearing age. In the top 5, digestive system tumors accounted for 3; breast cancer, cervical cancer in the composition of the cause of death of malignant tumors has risen significantly; accidental death, both the death toll and the proportion of death have risen, traffic accidents have become the cause of death The first one. Conclusion Women of childbearing age must enhance their awareness of self-protection and carry out regular physical examinations so as to make early detection, early diagnosis and treatment of diseases early and ultimately improve the health of women in Zhonglou District.
