1984年9月11～13日,由烟台市科委主持在烟台奇山宾馆召开了海湾扇贝人工育苗验收会。会议由省、市、区养殖公司和我市部分县的科研单位的代表23人参加了验收。经抽样小组出海抽样,带回实验室进行计数。现场验收该试验在6M~3水体中共培育出壳长0.5厘米的海湾扇贝苗种74860粒。平均单位出苗量12476粒/M~3,其中第一批5月31日采卵,7月5日出池,在3 M~3水体中共培育出贝苗19029粒,平均壳高2.2厘米,最大3.55厘米,最小0.7厘米。第二批7月5日产卵,7月28日出池,也在3 M~3培育水体中共培育出贝苗55831粒,平均壳高1.02厘米,最大个体1.75厘米,最小0.5厘米。
September 11, 1984 to 13, presided over by Yantai Science and Technology Commission held in Yantai Qishan Hotel Bay scallops artificial nursery acceptance. Meeting by the provincial, municipal and district farming companies and some counties in the city’s scientific research units representatives 23 people participated in the acceptance. Field Acceptance In this experiment, 74860 Gulf scallop seedlings of 0.5 cm shell length were co-cultured in 6M ~ 3 water. The average seedling emergence amount was 12,476 grains / M ~ 3, of which the first batch of eggs were collected on May 31 and the second was collected on July 5, 19029 seeds of Bei Miao were cultivated in 3 M ~ 3 water with an average shell height of 2.2 cm and the maximum 3.55 cm, a minimum of 0.7 cm. The second batch of spawning on July 5, July 28 out of the pool, but also 3 M ~ 3 nurturing the water to cultivate a total of 55,831 shells, the average shell height of 1.02 cm, the largest individual 1.75 cm, a minimum of 0.5 cm.
