本文简要介绍QTM-720图象仪的设备概况及其测试过程。图象通过投影仪或显微镜形成光学象,经扫描器转换成视频信号输入主机进行定量分析,再经电子计算机计算,由打字机打印出测试结果。具有分析速度快,重现性好、精度高和多功能等特点。广泛用于冶金、生物、医药、农业和环境保护等方面。本文举例说明QTM-720图象仪用于测试钢的共析碳、残余奥氏体回火稳定性和特征物尺寸阈。
This article briefly introduces the QTM-720 image device overview of the equipment and testing process. Image through the projector or a microscope to form an optical image, the scanner converts the video signal into the host for quantitative analysis, and then calculated by the computer, the typewriter print out the test results. With the analysis speed, reproducibility, high precision and versatility and so on. Widely used in metallurgy, biology, medicine, agriculture and environmental protection and so on. This article exemplifies the QTM-720 imager used to test eutectoid carbon, residual austenite tempering stability, and feature size thresholds for steel.
