目的:观察益气活血汤协同新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法:将52例乳腺癌初治患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组24例,对照组用单纯新辅助化疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予益气活血汤治疗;观察比较两组近期疗效及毒副反应。结果:两组近期疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),毒副反应比较在白细胞下降程度及恶心呕吐反应方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血汤协同新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌能明显提高患者的近期疗效,减少化疗毒副反应。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqihuoxue Decoction combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods: 52 cases of primary breast cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group 28 cases and control group 24 cases, the control group with neoadjuvant chemotherapy alone, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction treatment; observation and comparison Recent curative effect and toxic side effects. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in short term efficacy (P <0.05). There was significant difference in the degree of leukopenia and nausea and vomiting between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue Decoction combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer can significantly improve the short-term efficacy and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
