目的 研究大白鼠提睾肌动脉微循环的神经调节 .方法 以免疫组织化学 ABC法对大白鼠提睾肌动脉各级分支的 CGRP,NPY,SP,5 - HT及 M- ENK免疫反应阳性纤维的分布进行研究和观察 .结果 肽类免疫阳性纤维在提睾肌动脉各级分支均有大量分布 ,但随着动脉的分支而逐渐减少 .阳性纤维和终末呈密集颗粒状、网状和涡旋状排列 .在毛细血管上也能见到阳性纤维和终末的分布 ,在其分叉处更为显著 .结论 肽类神经递质可能对提睾肌微循环的生理调节起重要作用 .阳性纤维和终末在毛细血管的分布提示神经纤维可直接作用于血管内皮细胞而产生生理效应 .肽类神经递质在提睾肌动脉的分布研究为完善和利用大白鼠提睾肌微循环实验动物模型和微循环的神经调节研究打下了一定基础
