目的了解深圳地区环境中创伤弧菌的污染状况及在不同类别样品中的分布情况。方法采集深圳地区范围内的环境样品,包括海产品、淡水产品、环境水质等,选择分离培养法进行创伤弧菌检测,对分离到的可疑菌株采用生化试验和聚合酶链反应(polymeras chain reaction,PCR)技术进行鉴定。结果在725份样品中,120份检出创伤弧菌,总检出率为16.6%。不同类别样品中,淡水鱼检出率最高为38.6%,其次为近海海水为22.5%、甲壳类产品为19.8%。不同季节采集样品创伤弧菌的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论深圳地区环境中创伤弧菌污染状况不容乐观,温暖季节应加强对淡水鱼类及海产品进行创伤弧菌污染的监测,预防食物中毒的发生。
Objective To understand the status of Vibrio vulnificus infection in Shenzhen and its distribution in different types of samples. Methods Environmental samples collected in Shenzhen area were collected, including seafood, freshwater products and environmental water quality. Vibrio vulnificus was selected by isolation and culture method. Biochemical tests and polymeras chain reaction PCR) technology to identify. Results In 725 samples, Vibrio vulnificus was detected in 120 samples with a total detection rate of 16.6%. Among the different types of samples, the highest detection rate of freshwater fish was 38.6%, followed by 22.5% for offshore seawater and 19.8% for crustacean products. The detection rate of Vibrio vulnificus collected in different seasons was significantly different (P <0.005). Conclusion The situation of Vibrio vulnificus in the environment in Shenzhen is not optimistic. In the warm season, the monitoring of Vibrio vulnificus contamination of freshwater fish and seafood should be strengthened to prevent food poisoning.
