[2012]平法行建字第1号平邑县人民法院司法建议书县政府:我院自2011年受理陆文友等4人诉苍山县人民政府信息公开案件以来,今年又陆续受理孙飞、刘向上等分别诉我县交通局及运管处、稽查大队,国税局、地税局、工商局、质监局、环保局、水利局、林业局、盐务局、卫生局、药监局、计生局、人社局、城管执法局、文化市场管理执法局等机关不履行政府信息公开、行政受理、行政奖励等法定职责案件35件,主要涉及申请各行政机关公开对公民举报行政管理相对人违法行为的奖励制度、公开政府信息公开年度工作

Cangshan County People’s Government for information disclosure cases, our hospital successively accepted the case of Sun Fei and Liu Respectively, to appeal to our county Department of Transportation and Transportation Department, Inspection Brigade, the Inland Revenue Department, Local Taxation Bureau, Trade and Industry Bureau, Quality Supervision Bureau, Environmental Protection Agency, Water Resources Bureau, Forestry Bureau, Salt Affairs Bureau, Health Bureau, Food and Drug Administration, family planning Bureau, Bureau of Humanities and Social Services, Urban Management Enforcement Bureau, Cultural Market Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau and other organs do not fulfill the statutory duty of open government information, administrative acceptance, administrative incentives and other 35 cases, mainly related to the application for the administrative organs of the public to publicly report the administrative violations of the law Reward system, open the annual work of government information disclosure
