18-8型超低碳不锈钢采用大钢锭轧制开坯生产钢板的主要关键是:(1)变形抗力高,而轧机能力不能满足,(2)如何防止生产过程的增碳;(3)得到满意的机械、腐蚀性能的成品。在试制生产实践中我们适当提高加热温度延长保温时间降低了变形抗力;同时通过控制炉气,有效地解决了热加工过程的增碳;初步探索了热处理制度对成品的机械和腐蚀性能影响。00Cr18Ni10和00Cr17Ni14Mo3经过以下工艺流程进
