8月24日,中国国家汉办与印度中等教育中央委员会在北京签署《国家汉办与印度中等教育委员会谅解备忘录》。谅解备忘录确定了双方在汉语教学方面合作领域,包括开展专家、教师、学生的交流;开展汉语教学体系、新教育技术运用等方面的信息交流;开发汉语课程与培训材料;开展教育管理、研究人员与汉语教师培训;组织召开相关展览和研讨会、讲习班等。为开展好合作,双方同意建立由双方人员参与的中印联合工作组,负责检查备忘录合作领域项目
