目的:探讨超声骨刀与高速涡轮牙钻在第3磨牙牙胚拔除术中的应用效果。方法:选取需拔除的第3磨牙牙胚160例,随机分为超声骨刀+高速涡轮牙钻的实验组与高速涡轮牙钻对照组。对其术中、术后并发症产生的原因进行分析。结果:实验组术中并发症1例,术后并发症9例。对照组术中并发症11例,术后并发症22例,2组方法差异显著(P<0.01)。手术完成时间实验组为38.71±19.58分钟,对照组为37.56±18.69分钟,2组无显著差异。结论:超声骨刀+高速涡轮牙钻拔除下颌阻生智齿,手术创伤小、神经及软组织保护性好、施力准确、易于控制,可大大降低术中、术后并发症。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of ultrasonic bone knife and high-speed turbine dental drill in the third molar tooth germ removal. Methods: 160 cases of third molar tooth germs to be removed were randomly divided into experimental group and high-speed turbine dental drill control group. The causes of intraoperative and postoperative complications were analyzed. Results: The experimental group had 1 case of intraoperative complications and 9 cases of postoperative complications. There were 11 cases of intraoperative complications and 22 cases of postoperative complications in the control group (P <0.01). The time of completion of surgery was 38.71 ± 19.58 minutes in the experimental group and 37.56 ± 18.69 minutes in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Ultrasound osteotome + high-speed turbine dental drill removal of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth, surgical trauma, nerve and soft tissue protection is good, the force is accurate and easy to control, can greatly reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications.
