伊拉克鲁迈拉油田位于波斯湾沿岸,地下水位较高,原油储罐附近的土壤为盐碱性。罐区储罐底板内壁主要接触含油淤泥和污水。因此储罐底板两侧环境均具有很强的腐蚀性。由于近20年该油田疏于管理,很多防腐设施和涂层受到破坏,引起部分储罐发生腐蚀泄漏。为探明当地原油储罐腐蚀穿孔的原因,并找出科学合理的防腐蚀对策,保证鲁迈拉油田的平稳生产,采用现场勘查、实验室水质检验、形貌观察、能谱分析等多种手段,从储罐的材质、当地环境、储罐存储介质、腐蚀形貌等方面对储罐底板的腐蚀原因进行分析;并根据分析结论推荐了储罐的修复方案和罐内外防腐措施。(图3,表1,参10)
The Rumaila oil field in Iraq is located along the coast of the Persian Gulf and has a high groundwater level and saline soil near the crude oil storage tank. The inner wall of tank bottom tank area is mainly exposed to oily sludge and sewage. Therefore, the environment on both sides of the tank floor are highly corrosive. Due to the neglect of the field in the past 20 years, many anti-corrosion facilities and coatings have been damaged, causing corrosion leaks in some storage tanks. In order to find out the causes of corrosion and perforation of local crude oil storage tanks and to find out scientific and reasonable anti-corrosion measures to ensure smooth production in Rumaila oilfield, a lot of methods such as site survey, laboratory water quality test, morphology observation and energy spectrum analysis Means to analyze the corrosion reasons of the tank floor from the aspects of the storage tank material, the local environment, the storage medium of the storage tank and the corrosion morphology; and according to the analysis conclusion, the storage tank repair plan and the anticorrosion measures inside and outside the tank are recommended.
