为进一步提高机载光电探测设备的激光测距能力,设计了基于制冷型雪崩管探测器激光接收电路。根据制冷型雪崩管探测器的特性,控制输出最佳的TEC制冷功率,降低探测器工作温度,使探测器稳定工作在最佳状态,从而减小探测器噪声电压,提高系统的探测灵敏度。实验结果表明:入射光功率在80μW加45.6 dB衰减时,探测器制冷前后对比,其探测虚警率从8.57%下降到0.49%。该探测电路应用于新型机载光电探测系统中,将极大提高其远程测距能力。
In order to further improve the laser ranging ability of the airborne photoelectric detection equipment, a laser receiver circuit based on a refrigerated avalanche tube detector is designed. According to the characteristics of the refrigerant avalanche tube detector, the optimal output power of TEC is controlled, the working temperature of the detector is reduced, and the detector operates stably at the best condition, so as to reduce the detector noise voltage and improve the detection sensitivity of the system. The experimental results show that when the incident light power is 80μW and the attenuation is 45.6 dB, the detection false alarm rate decreases from 8.57% to 0.49% before and after the detector is cooled. The detection circuit used in the new airborne photodetection system, will greatly improve its long-range capability.
