煤工尘肺(CWP)合并肺心病伴心律失常并非罕见,且预后不佳。本文对我院1988～1998年住院煤工尘肺患者合并肺心病110例,其中并发心律失常86例进行临床分析。探讨其相关因素,其结果如下。1 资料与方法1.1 对象:110例患者均为1988～1998年期间住院的煤工尘肺患者,男性,年龄56～78岁之间,平均年龄66.5岁。Ⅰ期38例,Ⅱ期52例,Ⅲ期20例。全部病例均合并肺心病,并发
