油库、矿井等有易燃气体场所所用电机、电器必须选用防爆型。飞机有易燃气体部位,如燃汽箱、导油管等附近,所用电机电器也必须选用防爆型。因为电机电刷火花或电器接点火花随时都可以点燃易爆气体,只要燃气浓度达到一定值即可引起爆炸。这个问题在新机设计和老机改型中都不可忽视。 防爆型电机设计结构、材料选用等应符合防爆电机技术要求。新品试制和每批产品例行试验均需列项进行。 一、防爆试验原理 防爆试验有两重含义:1.隔炸性能,即可燃气体在电机内部爆炸,其火焰不得传到外部引起外部可燃气爆炸。2.抗爆性能,即电机内可燃气体爆炸时,其结构应经得住,不得发生零件变形、裂纹、绝缘材料燃烧等现象。电机通电试验,性能应合格。 试验原理见图1。

Trial production of new products and routine testing of each batch of products need to be carried out. First, the principle of explosion-proof test Explosion-proof test has two meanings: 1. Barrier performance, that combustible gas explosion in the motor, the flame shall not be transmitted to the outside caused by external combustible gas explosion. 2. Explosion-proof performance, that is, combustible gas explosion in the motor, the structure should withstand, no deformation of parts, cracks, insulation material burning and so on. Motor power test, the performance should be qualified. Test principle shown in Figure 1.
