一、振动的测量方法与测点位置为了进一步分析机车内固体声的传输规律,我们在丰西——保定区间与丰西——洞庙河区间的线路上,对东风_40011号机车车体各部位的振动进行了全面的测定。振动测量的仪器采用丹麦精密声级计2209+振动积分仪ZR0020+晶体测振计4332。机车车体各部位的振动主要为薄板结构的弯曲振动,因此我们所测量的均为垂直于板面的垂直振动。测量振动时,测振计均用螺栓固定在测点位置上,以保证测振计与车体板面的振动完全一致,固定螺栓的金属垫片事先用502号胶粘好在测点位置上。测点位置见图1。
