以一对典型的弧齿锥齿轮传动系统为研究对象,应用传递矩阵法计算系统的临界转速和不平衡响应。讨论了支承刚度对系统临界转速及不平衡响应等振动特性的影响,得出一些规律性结论,用以指导齿轮传动系统的设计。
Taking a pair of typical spiral bevel gear transmission system as the research object, the critical speed and unbalance response of the system are calculated by transfer matrix method. The influence of bearing stiffness on the vibration characteristics such as critical speed and unbalance response of the system is discussed. Some regular conclusions are drawn to guide the design of gear drive system.
