研究了Ni/AC ,Co/AC和Co Ni/AC催化剂用于富氢气体中一氧化碳的选择性氧化脱除 .结果表明 ,在反应温度为 14 0℃和空速为 5 0 0 0h-1时 ,Ni/AC几乎没有催化活性 ,Co/AC具有较低的催化活性 ,而Co Ni/AC具有较高的催化活性 ,后者可将富氢气体中的CO浓度由 1 0 %降低到 0 0 0 2 7% .XRD和XPS分析表明 ,Co3 O4是Co Ni/AC催化剂的活性中心 ,Ni的加入提高了Co3 O4在Co Ni/AC中的分散度 ,同时使Co 2 p3 / 2 电子结合能降低了 0 4 1eV .Co Ni/AC催化剂中的Ni作为促进剂能很好地改善Co3 O4对富氢气体中CO选择性氧化的催化活性 .
The selective oxidative removal of carbon monoxide from hydrogen-rich gas using Ni / AC, Co / AC and Co Ni / AC catalysts was studied. The results show that at a reaction temperature of 140 ℃ and a space velocity of 500h -1 , Ni / AC has almost no catalytic activity, Co / AC has a lower catalytic activity, and Co Ni / AC has a higher catalytic activity, which reduces the concentration of CO in the hydrogen-rich gas from 10% to 0 0 0 2 7% .XRD and XPS analysis showed that Co3 O4 was the active center of Co Ni / AC catalyst. The addition of Ni increased the dispersion of Co3 O4 in Co Ni / AC and the Co 2 p3 / 2 electron binding energy Which reduces the catalytic activity of Co3 O4 for selective oxidation of CO in hydrogen-rich gas by reducing Ni in the Co / Ni catalyst as a promoter.
