中国对外贸易运输总公司(以下简称“中国外运”)成立于1951年,是经贸部直属的,以经营外贸储运业务为主的专业总公司,也是中国目前最大的外贸运输企业集团。中国外运在改革开放的十二年中特别是在实行承包责任制的三年中,尽管遇到了市场的激烈竞争,国家调整经济,再加上国家投资政策的变化,使企业更新改造资金严重缺乏,还有新税种不断增加,社会上各种摊派增多,给企业的经营带来了极大的困难,但中国外运还是超额完成了承包利润指标,各项储运业务也得到了发展。
China National Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “China Sinotrans”) was established in 1951 and is directly subordinated to the Ministry of Economics and Trade. It is a professional head company that focuses on foreign trade storage and transportation operations and is currently China’s largest foreign trade transportation enterprise group. In the 12 years of Sinotrans’s reform and opening up, especially during the three-year period of the implementation of the contract responsibility system, despite the fierce competition in the market, the country’s adjustment of the economy and the changes in the national investment policy, the company’s funds for renovation and reconstruction have become serious. The lack of new taxes and the continuous increase in new types of taxation in society have brought great difficulties to the company’s operations. However, Sinotrans has exceeded its contracted profit targets, and various storage and transportation operations have also been developed.
