研究了热处理工艺参数对30Cr3MoV钢力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:30Cr3MoV钢在940~1180℃油冷淬火,开始时硬度逐渐增大,并在1060℃时达到最大值51.1 HR(,之后逐渐减小。试验钢在400~660℃空冷回火,开始时硬度稍有增大,并在500℃时达到最大值47.7 HRC,之后迅速减小。在940℃油冷淬火+600℃空冷回火的力学性能得到很大程度改善,相比H13芯棒钢,30Cr3MoV钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提高261 MPa和198 MPa,冲击韧度提高9 J/cm~2,伸长率和断面收缩率相应提高4%和14%。
The influence of heat treatment process parameters on the mechanical properties of 30Cr3MoV steel was studied. The results show that the hardness of 30Cr3MoV steel is oil-quenched at 940 ~ 1180 ℃, the hardness increases gradually at the beginning and reaches the maximum value of 51.1 HR at 1060 ℃, and then decreases gradually.The test steel is air-cooled and tempered at 400 ~ 660 ℃ Hardness increased slightly and reached the maximum of 47.7 HRC at 500 ℃ and then decreased rapidly.The mechanical properties of oil-quenched at 940 ℃ and air-cooled and tempered at 600 ℃ were greatly improved compared with that of H13 mandrel steel , The yield strength and tensile strength of 30Cr3MoV steel increased by 261 MPa and 198 MPa, respectively, and the impact toughness increased by 9 J / cm ~ 2. The elongation and reduction of area increased by 4% and 14% respectively.
