目的:分析影响助产人员心理健康的因素,并探讨有效的对策。方法:我院自2009年12月~2010年12月收治的100例分娩产妇作为参考组,分析助产人员的心理健康,并采取有效处理对策;选取2011年1月~2012年1月收治的120例分娩产妇作为观察组,对新生儿窒息、职业暴露发生率及患者及其家属对助产人员工作满意程度比较。结果:观察组新生儿窒息率明显低于参考组,P<0.05,观察组助产人员职业暴露发生率明显低于参考组,P<0.05;观察组产妇及其家属对护理满意度明显高于参考组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:针对影响助产人员心理健康的因素进行分析并采取有效的对策,能够显著提高其工作质量,提高助产水平,保障母婴健康,临床意义显著。
Objective: To analyze the factors that affect the mental health of midwives and to discuss the effective countermeasures. Methods: From December 2009 to December 2010 in our hospital, 100 cases of childbirth were treated as reference group to analyze the mental health of midwifery staff, and to take effective measures. From January 2011 to January 2012, 120 cases of childbirth as observation group, neonatal asphyxia, the incidence of occupational exposure and patients and their families to midwifery staff satisfaction. Results: The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The occupational exposure rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: To analyze the factors that affect the mental health of midwifery staff and take effective countermeasures, which can significantly improve the quality of their work, improve the level of midwifery, and ensure the health of maternal and infant.
