国产无毒聚氯乙烯塑料输液袋自研制成功以来,已广泛用于临床。塑料输液袋与玻璃瓶输液比较,具有重量轻、不怕摔碰、使用携带方便等优点,符合战备要求,适合农村、边远地区使用。但在贮存期间,发现输液袋外壁有长霉现象,尤以南方湿热地区为甚。为了解决防霉问题,曾采用改进包装及在薄膜配方中添加防霉剂等方法,但都存在一些问题,不能推广使用。我们在这些工作的基础上,试用高效杀菌剂——过氧乙酸(过醋酸)对塑料输液袋作浸泡处理,进行防霉试验,获得较好效果。现报告如下。一、实验室贮存实验1.实验设备:(1)恒温恒湿箱:HC 102
